TOday went good I think this is the best ive done on a weekened for a really long time.
Anyways spoke to my parents today so they are really excited im going over to see them I just need to boot my arse into getting more toned now. Hopefully I can pul off losing another 5 lbs. And hopefully 10-15lbs by the end of this thing.
Today I ate
Oatmeal - 150cals
Chicken breast - 100cals
Vegetable - 100cals
I made myself a mini roast dinner lol. Oh and I ran for 4.5miles today! So go me.
