Ok so I am not able to exerise today but you know you always need a rest day! I cant belive im under 140! 137lbs amazing!!!!
Anyways I plan to eat a bit bad today bit still good enough not to feel fat. So what I have eaten so far is.
Weight watchers spagetti - 100cals
1 piece of toast - 57cals
What I plan to eat for tea is
3 chinese chicken balls (without sauce and picking batter off of one of them) - 190cals
Salad with extra light mayo - 50 cals
Should bring me roughly to - 397cals
Not bad that! I will be going for a good 3-4 mile run tomorrow though! And i will be eating better then too!
