OK today has gone much better.
Toast - 58cals
Plate of veggies - 100cals
Half a chicken fillet - 100cals
Weight watchers Hot choco - 40cals
Total - 398 cals
I know once again I havnt exercised but as said its hard on a weekened. I will workout tomorrow morning going to do 40 minutes instead of 30 minutes. I also have running on a monday night again and thursday night so Im going to be getting lots of exercise in. I feel like I have lost a bit of weight already and according to my home scales (which are probably wrong) I have lost about 2 notches/kg? So that was nice to see tbh! I am going to be more strict with my coffee intake and take my multi vits everyday again to clear up my skin!
The trick is to definatley split the day into multiple meals to stop the metabolism getting slow along with exercise.
