ABC Day 16 200cals

Hi guys, gone a 100cals over today but I have had a stupidly hectic day. Didnt get in untill 9pm and I left the house at 6:30am this morning

ANyways
Half a bowl of oatmeal - 50cals
Soup - 51 cals
Salad - 50cals
Fish - 80cals
Veggies - 50

Total - 281cals

I did 40 minutes jog this morning and as soon as I go tin leterally an hour ago I did the 30 day shred level 1 workout. Im completly buggered! Time for well deserved sleep. :)
