ABC Day 23 200cals

Hello Peoples!

Did good again today though I have been super craving.

Anyways
Half a bowl of oatmeal - 50cals
Salad - 50cals
Fish - 60cals
Veggies - 40 cals

Did a 40 minute run this morning and the 30 day shred level 1 dvd when I got ohm form work, I am starting level 2 tomorrow, its going to hurt lol Stay strong.
