The weight is coming off im getting pretty boney at the top. But I bet if I weigh myself my weight wont be any different. therefore im going to weight till monday to make sure. The pictures prove a lot more and I will show all of them at the end.
Anyway I need my braclet to look at, I keep eating bites of bits and pieces and drinking too much coffee at work. Sooo....I am going to look for that after this,
I really hope in the next 10 day the weight is nearly all off my stomach and is going to come off my legs! I really need it too!!!!!
I will start running for 40 minutes starting tomorrow! I need to drink a bit more water at work too. Like I said too much coffee it will probably stop me from losing. Especially as im not counting its cals! So bring on tomorrow getting more strict. Day 11 - 20 will be insane!
