Ok no offence but 0 cal sis not going to happen, not only am I in a group that forbids fasting I am in no state not to eat all day. I do to much id die trying to fast especially on a wednesday and monday.
Anyways
Half a packet of oatmeal - 60cals
Salad - 50cals
Fish - 80cals
Veggies - 50cals
Potatoes 150cals
Exercise
40 minutes of jogging
30 days shred dvd level 1
And now out for a 4 mile run.
Like I said my body is finding it hard to recover as it is but it is changing all the time. Everyday I see a difference there is no need to fast when you exercise like i do.
