ABC Day 22 250cals

Did good today, I cant believe how cold it is outside!!! So I have not gone for a run at night like I usually would on a monday, but i still did my 40 min run at the gym this morning and the 30 day shred dvd.

Anyways
Half a bowl of oatmeal - 50cals
Salad - 50cals
Turkey - 100cals
Veggies - 50cals

I was so hungry when I got in!!

Oh and I lost another 3lbs
I didnt stand up straight so my height and BMI are wrong on this ticket lol, my height is 5'7.3" and my BMI atm is 20.8. And im now 134lbs. My legs look a bit big because of the muscle building but they have to get big to get thinner so im sticking with it!
