ABC Day 21 300cals

Did great today!!

I did a 5 mile run today along with the 30 day shred dvd!

Oatmeal - 150cals
Chicken - 100cals
Veggies - 50cals

So thats all the intake for today. Doing really well so heres whats been achieved so far.
