Ok did well today I had a blow out on cals with salad so thats a healthy way to go about it.
Oatmeal - 140cals
Hot choco - 40cals
Mayo tune salad - 300 cals (probably isnt but just incase!)
And 30 minutes of jogging!
TOtal - 480cals (probs not even but oh well i have drank enough coffee for the USA)
