ABC Day 15 250cals

Hi Everyone looks like we are over the 2 weeks mark ive only got another 4 weeks and 5 days till the big holiday and stuff.
Anyways I have really pushed myself today. And I will be now for the next 4 weeks

Right
Half a packet of Oatmeal - 60cals
Salad - 50cals
Chicken - 100cals
Veggis - 40cals

I did 40 minutes of jogging this morning.
Jillian micheals 30 day shred level 1 with 1kg weights
And I am about to go out jogging again for about 30 - 40 minutes.

So i am going to be shattered but oh well lol. This is what it take to get me looking amazing in 33 days so be it! The hotel that im staying in on the 24th in manchester even has a gym so Im not going to slack!!!
