So I have been analyzing myself lately my cravings are getting worse, so I need to fix myself.
I have got myself a target to lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks so by 14 of feb I want to be 127lbs then hopefully by my holiday I can get to 124lbs.
Going to be extremly difficult. But I will try. So I am going to be a lot more strict. A lot of you may think your insane but I know it can be done if I try. I have so much to gain from it and obviously lose lol.
So better start tomorrow.
