ABC Day two 500cals

Ok was able to get to the gym today. Jogged for 30 mins!

So thats all good anyway have my weight ticket will post it at end.

Half a bowl of Oatmeal - 80cals
Lettuce/onion - 18cals
Turkey tikka - 58cals
Blue cheese dressing - 18cals
Rivita thin - 30cals
Weight watchers Chicken Hot Pot - 226cals

Total - 490cals

SO heres my weight ticket, lost 2lbs from when I weighed abut a week ago. I really want to be 115 - 120 by the end of this!
