So I have been analyzing myself lately my cravings are getting worse, so I need to fix myself.
I have got myself a target to lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks so by 14 of feb I want to be 127lbs then hopefully by my holiday I can get to 124lbs.
Going to be extremly difficult. But I will try. So I am going to be a lot more strict. A lot of you may think your insane but I know it can be done if I try. I have so much to gain from it and obviously lose lol.
So better start tomorrow.

Did good today, I cant believe how cold it is outside!!! So I have not gone for a run at night like I usually would on a monday, but i still did my 40 min run at the gym this morning and the 30 day shred dvd.

I didnt stand up straight so my height and BMI are wrong on this ticket lol, my height is 5'7.3" and my BMI atm is 20.8. And im now 134lbs. My legs look a bit big because of the muscle building but they have to get big to get thinner so im sticking with it!

ABC Day 20 350 cals
Ok so I know its a fast day which i have done for mos of the day but im recovering from yesterday so.
I had a atkins shake - 150cals
A weight watchers bagel - 150cals
and a weight watchers hot choclate- 40cals

I did my 30 day shred dvd and took my vitamins as well.

I had about 850 cals, I ran for 40 minutes and did my 40 day shred dvd. I also to lax, which has helped out with re-flattening my stomach this morning.
Though for some reason I feel thinner after, I have succefully got rid of the rest of any temtation in the house hold. And I can start fresh today. 28 days left until my holiday. Im going to stop drinking so much coffee, limiting it to 2 coffees a day. Or one coffee one weight watchers hot choco.

Hiiii
TOday went good I think this is the best ive done on a weekened for a really long time.
Anyways spoke to my parents today so they are really excited im going over to see them I just need to boot my arse into getting more toned now. Hopefully I can pul off losing another 5 lbs. And hopefully 10-15lbs by the end of this thing.

Ok so I am not able to exerise today but you know you always need a rest day! I cant belive im under 140! 137lbs amazing!!!!
Anyways I plan to eat a bit bad today bit still good enough not to feel fat. So what I have eaten so far is.

1 piece of toast - 57cals
What I plan to eat for tea is
3 chinese chicken balls (without sauce and picking batter off of one of them) - 190cals
Salad with extra light mayo - 50 cals

Jesus christ..rant/vent
The weight is coming off im getting pretty boney at the top. But I bet if I weigh myself my weight wont be any different. therefore im going to weight till monday to make sure. The pictures prove a lot more and I will show all of them at the end.
Anyway I need my braclet to look at, I keep eating bites of bits and pieces and drinking too much coffee at work. Sooo....I am going to look for that after this,
I really hope in the next 10 day the weight is nearly all off my stomach and is going to come off my legs! I really need it too!!!!!
I will start running for 40 minutes starting tomorrow! I need to drink a bit more water at work too. Like I said too much coffee it will probably stop me from losing. Especially as im not counting its cals! So bring on tomorrow getting more strict. Day 11 - 20 will be insane!

ABC Day Seven 300cals
OK today has gone much better.

Half a chicken fillet - 100cals

I know once again I havnt exercised but as said its hard on a weekened. I will workout tomorrow morning going to do 40 minutes instead of 30 minutes. I also have running on a monday night again and thursday night so Im going to be getting lots of exercise in. I feel like I have lost a bit of weight already and according to my home scales (which are probably wrong) I have lost about 2 notches/kg? So that was nice to see tbh! I am going to be more strict with my coffee intake and take my multi vits everyday again to clear up my skin!
The trick is to definatley split the day into multiple meals to stop the metabolism getting slow along with exercise.

The reason im doing this is because my weight doesnt usualy go down but I do look slimmer. Weird. I have a proper Pear shaped body! WIth big thighs with a lot of muscle. But I know there is a lot of fat on there so they should hopefully slime right down. Its day 7 today I took some lax last night so I have been to the toilet this morning ready to fill the stomach up all over again. 300 cals today!

Feel like I have lost already!
I already feel like ive lost weight. So Im going to increase my jogging to 40 minutes and I need to be more strict with the coffee!!
So i think I fathemed this stupid plateau out! I need to eat less but 3 times a day, and workout! Easy. Just got to stick to it. 44 more days to go and hopefully im bikini ready to see me family and to visit the magical mickey mouse.

5 Days Till the Start Of Ana Boot Camp!
Ok so your going to sit there adn say you wont be able to do it! Or Think that they can't.
Just so your all aware I have had EDNOS for about 12 years, so if healthy, no offence please piss off before I trigger you, trust me im doing you a favor.
Anyways I am fasting till saturday the 7th of January, then on that night I will be eating then on sunday Im not sure yet if I will fast of have a binge. I have been fasting so far for 3 days so I have another 3 days to go.
Right so ABC, I will be starting on the 9th on January!! It will finish the 27th of February which is 2 days from my 20th Birthday, good timing that! Anyways I will be going to Florida to visit my parents around then so that is one reason why I am doing this but not the main one...prepare yourselves!
Im SICK and TIRED of people asking on all the ED support sites what the results are of the ABC diet therefor Im going to BLOODY do it and record all my results and exacly what I did to get there.
Now consider im at my plateau healthy weight which my body refuses to budge I probably wont lose an aweful lot. I will be taking pictures and getting my weight taken every 10 days and printed (yes im going to weight myself on one of those fancy gym machines) anyways.
That is all.
