2 Weeks of Kick Arse!

Ok so im going to put my cals up to 500. Im also going to doubling my workouts. This way I can re-build up my metabolism a bit before I go away and still hopefully lose another 5-7lbs in 14 days. Anyways Im going to do all my day plans now to get everything sorted.

ABC Day 32 0cals

Hi everyone sorry I have not blogged for ages my laptop cable broke!

Im not sure about my weight but im still going strong!

Oatmeal - 130cals
Soup - 51cals
1 hot dog - 250cals

Total - 430cals

And 40 minutes of running this morning, this snow is making it hard. I have been cutting out all my coffee supply and only have 2 which is harder but not having the caffiene is making me sleep a lot better.

SO todays going good I feel like I need to eat more though so im going to add some potatoes in, I have done my 40 minute run this morning and will do my 30 day shred dvd level 2! And also going for a 4 mile run tonight.

Setting the goal!

So I have been analyzing myself lately my cravings are getting worse, so I need to fix myself.
I have got myself a target to lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks so by 14 of feb I want to be 127lbs then hopefully by my holiday I can get to 124lbs.

Going to be extremly difficult. But I will try. So I am going to be a lot more strict. A lot of you may think your insane but I know it can be done if I try. I have so much to gain from it and obviously lose lol.

So better start tomorrow.

Did a 40 minute run this morning and the 30 day shred level 1 dvd when I got ohm form work, I am starting level 2 tomorrow, its going to hurt lol Stay strong.

ABC Day 22 250cals

Did good today, I cant believe how cold it is outside!!! So I have not gone for a run at night like I usually would on a monday, but i still did my 40 min run at the gym this morning and the 30 day shred dvd.

Anyways
Half a bowl of oatmeal - 50cals
Salad - 50cals
Turkey - 100cals
Veggies - 50cals

I was so hungry when I got in!!

Oh and I lost another 3lbs
I didnt stand up straight so my height and BMI are wrong on this ticket lol, my height is 5'7.3" and my BMI atm is 20.8. And im now 134lbs. My legs look a bit big because of the muscle building but they have to get big to get thinner so im sticking with it!
